Delivery and Refund Policy
This Policy is to be read in conjunction with Terms and Conditions, all of which collectively govern the User's engagement with the Love Café Online Store.
1. Delivery
All orders placed through the Love Café Online Store shall be delivered exclusively within the designated delivery zones published on the platform, and subject to acceptance by Currymuch. Delivery is offered solely within a fixed geographic radius of fifteen (15) kilometres from the physical restaurant location. The User bears the sole responsibility to verify that the delivery address provided is within the serviceable range prior to order placement. Currymuch shall not be liable for any delays, non-delivery, or cancellation resulting from the provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or unserviceable delivery addresses. The User affirms that the delivery location is accessible and that an authorised recipient shall be available to accept the order at the time of delivery. In the event that delivery is not completed due to the absence of a recipient, refusal to accept the order, inaccessibility, or incorrect address, the User shall forfeit any right to refund or redelivery, and the full amount paid shall be retained by Currymuch. Orders are accepted daily between 8:00 A.M. and 8.00 P.M. and will be processed in accordance with internal scheduling, operational capacity, and order volume at the time of receipt. Deliveries shall be subject to traffic conditions, adverse weather, or other external factors. Any delivery timeframes communicated are indicative only and shall not be treated as binding deadlines. Currymuch reserves the right to adjust or cancel scheduled deliveries where it is reasonably impracticable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events. The User hereby waives any claim for compensation, damages, or liability arising from delayed or rescheduled deliveries where such delay is not due to the fault or negligence of Currymuch. A standard fixed delivery fee shall apply, subject to change at Currymuch’s sole discretion. Any updates will be clearly displayed at checkout. Currymuch may, at its discretion, suspend delivery services to certain areas without incurring liability, including for reasons of safety, non-payment history, or logistical impracticality. All risk in the order shall pass to the User upon delivery at the address specified during the ordering process. Delivery shall be deemed completed upon handover of the order to the recipient or an individual reasonably presumed to be authorised to receive the delivery at the specified address. The User agrees and acknowledges that delivery may be executed by third-party agents or service providers engaged by Currymuch, and the User shall not raise any claim, demand, or liability against any such orders in the event the order is placed through such third party agents. Currymuch shall not be responsible for any damage or tampering of the order once it has been delivered and accepted at the designated location. By confirming an order through the Love Café Online Store, the User affirms full acceptance of the foregoing delivery terms without exception.2. Cancellations Refunds
All purchases effected through the Love Café Online Store (https://lovecafesl.com/) shall be deemed irrevocable upon successful completion of the online payment transaction. Refunds, whether in whole or in part, shall be granted solely at the discretion of Currymuch and subject to the following strict conditions. A full refund, amounting to one hundred percent (100%) of the total payment made (exclusive of any applicable bank or payment gateway charges), may be issued solely in instances where the product or service ordered is deemed unavailable or cannot be fulfilled by the Company. A full refund, amounting to One hundred percent (100%) of the total payment made (exclusive of bank or payment gateway charges), may also be considered in cases where the Customer initiates a cancellation request within five (5) minutes from the time the order was placed via the Love Café Online Store. Customers will be informed of refund decisions via email or telephone within seven (7) business days of the request. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval, less applicable fees.
No refunds whatsoever shall be issued under any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to: (i) where the cancellation of an order is requested after the expiry of the five (5)-minute period from the time of order placement; (ii) where delivery fails or is rendered incomplete due to the provision of an inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete delivery address by the User; or (iii) where delivery fails due to the refusal, negligence, or failure of the recipient to accept the goods delivered. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all refund decisions made by Currymuch are final and conclusive.
