These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Love Café Online Store, an e-commerce platform operated under the brand name Love Cafe, which includes the website https://lovecafesl.com/ (the “Love Cafe Online Store”). Love Cafe is a brand owned and operated by Currymuch (Private) Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (hereinafter referred to as “Currymuch”).
These Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference, the Privacy Policy and the Pricing, Delivery and Refund Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User also affirms acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the Pricing, Delivery and Refund Policy (collectively referred to as "Terms").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, downloading or using any component of the Love Cafe Online Store, the User acknowledges that the User has read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms, without modification. If the User does not accept these Terms in its entirety, the User shall immediately refrain from accessing or using the Love Cafe Online Store or any services offered thereunder. These terms do not alter or replace in any way the terms and conditions of any other agreement the User may have with Currymuch for products and services or otherwise.
2. Amendments
Currymuch reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, to revise, update or modify any part of these Terms. Continued use of the Love Café Online Store after changes have been published shall constitute the User’s binding acceptance of such revisions. The User shall be expected to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any changes to the Terms.
3. Use of the Love Café Online Store
The use of the Love Café Online Store or any related online services are intended solely for the Users who access it in the territory of Sri Lanka. Currymuch makes no representation that any goods or services available or otherwise suitable for use outside the territory of Sri Lanka.
4. Registration
Access to and use of the Love Cafe Online Store is restricted to Users who satisfy the following criteria: The User must be a natural person who is eighteen (18) years of age or above; and The User must possess legal capacity to enter into valid and enforceable contracts under the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
By initiating registration on the Love Café Online Store, the User expressly represents and warrants that all information provided is true, complete, accurate, and current as at the time of submission. The User further undertakes to update such information promptly in the event of any changes, in order to ensure the continued accuracy and completeness of the User’s account details.
Currymuch reserves the right to reject or terminate any registration that does not meet the requirements or is found to contain false, incomplete, or misleading information.
5. Account Security
Upon registration, the User will be required to set a password. The User shall be fully responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activities that occur under the User login credentials. Any suspected unauthorised use must be immediately reported to Customer Support on +94 112 303 930 or at hello@lovecafesl.com. Currymuch reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation.
6. Pricing
All product prices are denominated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and reflect prevailing market prices at the time of order. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Prices at checkout will be the final prices billed. No adjustments (refunds or additional charges) will be made post-delivery due to price fluctuations. .7. Payment Security
All payment transactions on this platform are processed exclusively via third party payment service providers. By proceeding with a payment transaction, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions, privacy policies, and operational procedures of the selected third party payment service provider. Currymuch does not store, retain, or have access to any credit card, debit card, or bank account information and expressly disclaims all liability for any errors, payment failures, delays, unauthorised transactions, security breaches, or any other issues arising from or attributable to such third party payment service provider. The User is solely responsible for reviewing and accepting the third party payment service provider's terms prior to proceeding with any payment. Use of the third party service constitutes the User’s express consent to the transmission, storage, and processing of payment-related data by the provider for the purpose of completing the transaction. All transactions are subject to verification and may be declined, reversed, or delayed at the discretion of the payment service provider or Currymuch without notice. Currymuch shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such actions.

8. Account Suspension & Termination
Currymuch may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate the User’s account without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms;
- Misrepresentation;
- Suspected fraud;
- Abusive or illegal conduct.
User may deactivate their account voluntarily in the following manner:
- Log in to user account using login credentials (Email, Password)
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Look for Deactivation/ Delete Account options
- Confirm the request to deactivate/ delete the account
- Re-enter password.
- Clicking the confirmation link sent to your registered email address.
All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to deactivation shall survive such deactivation of the Account.
9. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Love Café Online Store including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, menus, layout, and software is the exclusive property of Currymuch and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Love Café Online Store may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Currymuch. The User acknowledges that Currymuch retains full rights, title, and interest in all intellectual property associated with the Love Café Online Store, including trademarks, copyrights, design, and proprietary software. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
10. Privacy
Currymuch is committed towards protecting the privacy of the User. The data collected in the framework of this Love Café Online Store are used in exclusively in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. All data will be securely processed by Currymuch and may be shared only with its associated companies, subsidiaries, selected commercial partners, service providers, and other related parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering purchases made through the Love Café Online Store. Data shall not be transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the express consent of the user. Data including but not limited to personal information will be protected with reasonable safeguards against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. 11. Availability of the Love Café Online Store and Products
The Love Café Online Store and all associated services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Currymuch disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Technical Faults on the Love Café Online Store may be reported to the customer support hotline at +94 112 303 930. and Currymuch shall use reasonable efforts to investigate and address reported issues but makes no warranty as to resolution time or outcome.
All products and services listed on the Love Café Online Store are subject to availability and may not be offered for sale on a daily basis. Currymuch does not guarantee the availability of any item displayed on the platform at the time of order. Product descriptions, formulations, and listings are subject to change without prior notice. Users are advised to review all product details and labels carefully before confirming a purchase. Currymuch reserves the right to withdraw, substitute, or modify any product at its sole discretion and without liability.
12. Third Party Services
The Love Café Online Store may link to or allow the User to use third-party websites, downloadable materials, content, social networks, or other digital services (“Third Party Services”). These Third Party Services may have their separate terms and conditions or privacy policies that the User should review and understand before using them. Neither Currymuch nor any members of Currymuch have any responsibility arising from or related to these Third Party Services.
13. Limitation of Liability
Neither Currymuch nor any other members of Currymuch shall be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profit or loss of business, special, indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages, including loss of data, personal injury, or property damage related to or arising out of the Love Café Online Store or out of the acts or omissions of members of Currymuch, whether arising out of contract, tort, or ordinary negligence. Nothing in this section is intended to limit Currymuch’s liability for damages to the extent caused by Currymuch’s own gross negligence or intentional or unlawful misconduct. Additionally, nothing in this section is intended to limit or alter the User’s rights as a consumer that cannot be limited or altered under applicable law. Currymuch reserves all legal rights to recover damages or other compensation under these Terms or as allowed by law. Currymuch does not warrant or make any representation that the Love Café Online Store will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Love Café Online Store are free of viruses or other harmful components. The User assumes total responsibility related to the use of the Love Café Online Store. The User’s sole remedy against Currymuch and members of Currymuch for dissatisfaction with the Love Café Online Store is to stop using them.
14. Indemnity
The User shall fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Currymuch, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and authorised representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, including indirect and consequential damages, fines, penalties, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses arising directly or indirectly from, (i) the User’s access to or use of the Love Café Online Store, (ii) any use of the services by any third party accessing the Love Café Online Store through the User’s credentials, verification PIN, or any other identifier, whether authorised or unauthorized, (iii) any breach by the User of these Terms or of any applicable law, regulation, or code of practice; (iv) any content submitted, transmitted, or made available by the User that is defamatory, offensive, unlawful, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited; and (v) any infringement of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or reputational harm. The obligations under this clause shall survive termination or suspension of the User’s access to the Love Café Online Store.
15. Governing law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects of these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim and the parties agree to submit to such jurisdiction.
